Location is great on Bourbon.

I have stayed here before for leisure and looks like they redid the rooms. Always quiet for being in the center of the action. Parking lot is easy with valet service always very friendly.

Staff was not overly friendly.

Good location, convenient parking to next door but expensive. Rooms were old but well maintained and up to date. Overall good experience.

Very nice and quiet despite unbelievable location on Bourbon!

Not all info was disclosed about fees for additional guests when checking in.

My friends and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. It is the best location, and when ready to got to bed, it's somehow also quiet! It's also very nice, clean, with super-comfortable beds. I would have liked the restaurant to have a later breakfast

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. The rooms were nice. A small refrigerator would have been nice, but really no big deal. We love to visit New Orleans and we only spend time in the French Quarter, therefore the hotel was close to the restaurants, French Market and Pat O'Briens which are the things we enjoy in N.O. Loved the balcony over Bourbon Street.

The bedspread was too short. The bathroom door was broke. The a/c made a terrible noise.

Great location for throwing beads off balcony onto Bourbon Street. Missed the complimentary continental breakfast. Missed having a microwave but had a fridge after requesting one. Great blowdryer. Best maid service ever had in the city. Wonderful staff. ...read more

Food from room service was not cooked done.

The hotel in general was great. Friendly staff and very helpful. Clean room. Was disappointed that there wasn't a restraunt in house opened for lunch and dinner.
